Kasturi Tikmani creates Indian womenswear with a focus on craftsmanship, detailed hand embroidery and carefully selected fabrics.

We make every effort to represent our garments as accurately as possible through our photographs and product descriptions. However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and lighting.

As many of our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, embellishment, texture, threadwork, zari, sequins, beads and finishing may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

An order is considered confirmed once we have successfully received your payment and issued an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or limit an order in circumstances where a product is unavailable, there is an error in product information or pricing, or where we are unable to fulfil an order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you regarding the appropriate resolution.

Prices & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices and product details may be updated from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Made-to-Order & Customised Pieces

Some of our garments may be made especially for you after an order is placed.

Such pieces may require additional time for production, embroidery, finishing and quality checks. The applicable timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

For customised or made-to-measure garments, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and other requested details.

Once work on a customised or made-to-order piece has commenced, changes to measurements, design or other specifications may not be possible.

The eligibility of such pieces for returns or exchanges is governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Measurements & Alterations

Where measurements are required, customers are responsible for ensuring that the measurements provided to us are accurate.

Minor variations may occur as a result of garment construction and finishing.

Alterations requested after an order has been placed or after delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Any alteration carried out by an external tailor or third party may affect eligibility under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Availability

Our collections may include limited-edition pieces and garments produced in limited quantities.

Delivery
